- Supply format
- Individual stickers on their own backing, ready to hand out or apply.
- Material
- Paper and plastic-based stocks have different properties. Choose a waterproof stock for moisture exposure; do not assume every sticker is waterproof.
- Surface & adhesive
- Apply to a clean, dry, suitable surface. Check removable or permanent adhesive requirements before ordering.
- Artwork
- Use the selected shape template with bleed beyond the cut line. Transparent stock allows the surface underneath to affect the finished colours.

Suitability depends on the material, adhesive and surface. Apply to a clean, dry, smooth surface. Ask us first about textured surfaces, food contact, heat, washing or long-term outdoor use.
How should I prepare a shaped sticker?+
Use the size and shape template provided. Keep important text within the safe area and extend the background into the bleed. A custom contour may require a separate cut path; send us the artwork if you need advice.
When does my turnaround start?+
Your turnaround starts when payment, all required print-ready files and any requested proof approval are complete before the applicable cut-off. Placing an order without supplying suitable artwork does not start production.
For example, a three-working-day turnaround begins once your files are ready, not when you first place the order. Late files or artwork corrections move the estimated delivery date. Weekends and bank holidays can affect timing.
Set up your artwork
Design one sticker at the selected finished size and shape, unless we provide a sheet layout. Extend backgrounds beyond the cut line by the template bleed amount. Keep text inside the safe area; custom shapes need a separate vector cut path.
File setup & export checklist
- Supply a print-ready PDF. Use CMYK where available and high-resolution images, ideally 300ppi at final size for close-up print.
- Extend backgrounds into the bleed. Keep essential content inside the safe area.
- Follow the product-specific page order and template. Ask us for the correct template if you do not have it.
- Check every word, number and QR code. We check technical suitability; we do not proofread.
