- Your selected printed folder configuration. Inserts, contents and optional extras are included only when explicitly selected.

Yes. Use the exact folder template so the outer cover, folds, pocket and any business-card slots are correctly positioned. Keep text clear of folds and cut lines.
Will my documents fit inside?+
Choose a folder size and capacity that suit the documents you want to hold. If you are adding a thick pack, check the available gusset or capacity before ordering.
When does my turnaround start?+
Your turnaround starts when payment, all required print-ready files and any requested proof approval are complete before the applicable cut-off. Placing an order without supplying suitable artwork does not start production.
For example, a three-working-day turnaround begins once your files are ready, not when you first place the order. Late files or artwork corrections move the estimated delivery date. Weekends and bank holidays can affect timing.
Set up your artwork
Use the exact folder cutter template. Design the complete flat shape, including pockets and flaps, with bleed beyond the cut line. Keep important content clear of cuts and creases and remove non-printing guides from the final PDF.
File setup & export checklist
- Supply a print-ready PDF. Use CMYK where available and high-resolution images, ideally 300ppi at final size for close-up print.
- Extend backgrounds into the bleed. Keep essential content inside the safe area.
- Follow the product-specific page order and template. Ask us for the correct template if you do not have it.
- Check every word, number and QR code. We check technical suitability; we do not proofread.
