Your next step, made clear. Keep your order number handy and we will help if anything needs attention.
1. Check your confirmation
Check the products, quantities, specification and delivery address in your order confirmation. Contact us straight away if something looks wrong.
Your selected turnaround depends on receiving suitable artwork before the order cut-off.
2. Send your artwork
Upload your files in the product configurator before adding your print to the basket. Where “I’ll upload artwork later” is offered, you can complete the order first.
If you choose to send files later, email office@inkog.co.uk with your order number, product name and final artwork or a download link. Tell us which file belongs to each item. Production waits until all items have artwork.
3. Technical checks
Uploaded files receive technical prepress checks. Routine preparation can include resizing to the ordered specification and converting RGB colours for print. A blocking file problem holds production while we contact you; an advisory warning may not.
These checks do not include proofreading, design approval or checking that names, dates, prices and QR codes are correct. Review those yourself before submitting.
4. Proofs and approval
A separate proof is not automatically promised for every order. Review any preview or proof you are shown carefully. If we request approval or replacement artwork, reply promptly so the order can progress.
Screen colours are a guide and can differ from printed colours. For colour-critical work, discuss your requirements before ordering.
5. Production and dispatch
Once payment, artwork checks and any required approvals are complete, your print can go into production. Your order-status page will receive tracking information when the order is dispatched.
Sending a new file does not automatically replace artwork already in production. Contact us immediately if a change is needed.
