Terms of service

Updated 22 September 2026. These terms apply to orders placed with Inkog Ltd through this website. Please read them with our returns policy, delivery guide and artwork guidance.

1. About Inkog

Inkog Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 16331926. Our registered office and contact address is 69 Station Road, Harrow, HA2 7SR, United Kingdom. Email office@inkog.co.uk or call 020 8064 1069, Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm. Shop visits require a prior appointment. Online orders are delivery-only.

2. Your order and price

Choose the product, specification, quantity and available turnaround, then check the configuration and price before paying. Prices are in pounds sterling. Inkog Ltd is not currently VAT registered and does not add VAT to its selling prices. Standard delivery to one UK mainland address is included. Any agreed extra charge must be disclosed before you commit to it.

“From” prices are starting-order guides displayed in whole pounds, rounded upwards. The exact price depends on your choices and is shown in the configurator and checkout. Payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Payment is required before production.

Check your order and contact information carefully. Your order confirmation acknowledges receipt. We accept your order when we confirm acceptance or release it into production. If we cannot accept an order, for example because a specification is unavailable or a price is clearly incorrect, we will contact you and refund any payment rather than charge a different amount without your agreement. Save your confirmation and these terms for reference.

3. Artwork and permission to print

You must have permission to use the artwork, text, photographs and logos supplied. You keep ownership of your content and give us permission to use it, and share it with service providers, as needed to prepare, print and deliver your order. Do not upload unlawful material or confidential information that is unnecessary for the job.

Use the correct template and check sizes, bleed, image quality, spelling and every page before submitting. Technical prepress checks do not include proofreading or creative approval. Routine preparation may resize files to the ordered size or convert colours for print. We will contact you about blocking problems. A separate proof is only included where expressly offered or agreed. If approval is requested, production waits for it.

Product mock-ups illustrate typical uses and finishes. Your selected written specification and artwork define your order. Screens, paper stocks and printing processes can produce colour differences. If an exact colour match or a critical dimension is essential, obtain our written agreement before ordering. These points do not reduce our obligation to supply goods matching their description and the agreed specification.

4. Turnaround and delivery

Production timing begins once payment, suitable artwork for every item and any required approval are received before the applicable cut-off. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. Late files, changes or missed cut-offs move the estimate. A date shown online is an estimate unless we expressly agree a guaranteed deadline in writing.

We deliver to the address supplied. Please tell us about access restrictions, especially for large or pallet orders. Contact us before ordering to Northern Ireland, islands or remote locations so coverage and any charge can be confirmed. If delivery is delayed, contact us so we can investigate. Consumer rights relating to agreed delivery dates and cancellation for delay still apply.

For consumer orders, goods remain at our risk until you or a person you nominate takes physical possession, except where the law provides otherwise for a carrier independently arranged by you. Nothing here transfers responsibility to the customer merely because a parcel has been dispatched.

5. Changes, cancellation and problems

Contact us immediately if you need a change. Production cannot always be stopped, and sending a new file does not automatically replace the original. Personalised goods do not have the usual change-of-mind cancellation right. Our returns policy explains cancellation requests, faults, refunds and the rights applying to any non-personalised goods.

6. Responsibility and fair treatment

We supply goods with the quality and description required by law and perform any agreed services with reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer's statutory rights.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss caused solely by incorrect information or artwork supplied by you where we have fulfilled our agreed obligations. Please tell us about an essential event deadline before ordering so we can discuss suitable options.

7. Privacy, complaints and applicable law

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. Send complaints to office@inkog.co.uk with your order number and desired resolution. We will review the issue and explain the next steps.

English law applies to these terms. Consumers retain the mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence and may bring proceedings in the UK courts available to them under that law. For business customers, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Updates apply to future orders; the version agreed when you order applies to that order.
