- Choose the surface
- Silk reduces surface shine; gloss creates a reflective finish. Waterproof and backlit materials are specialist options, available on the relevant product.
- Display
- Standard paper posters are best kept dry or behind suitable protection. Frames and mounting accessories are not part of a paper-poster order unless stated.
- Artwork
- Design at the selected dimensions and use high-resolution images. Follow the product template for bleed, especially on large formats.

Standard paper posters are best used indoors or in a suitable protective display. If you need an exposed outdoor print, contact us for a material suited to the location.
Is a frame included?+
This listing is for the printed poster. A frame, mounting hardware or display case is not included unless it is explicitly listed in the product options.
When does my turnaround start?+
Your turnaround starts when payment, all required print-ready files and any requested proof approval are complete before the applicable cut-off. Placing an order without supplying suitable artwork does not start production.
For example, a three-working-day turnaround begins once your files are ready, not when you first place the order. Late files or artwork corrections move the estimated delivery date. Weekends and bank holidays can affect timing.
Set up your artwork
Set up artwork at the selected finished poster dimensions. Use the bleed specified by the template for this material and size. Keep text within the safe area and use images with enough resolution at their final printed size.
File setup & export checklist
- Supply a print-ready PDF. Use CMYK where available and high-resolution images, ideally 300ppi at final size for close-up print.
- Extend backgrounds into the bleed. Keep essential content inside the safe area.
- Follow the product-specific page order and template. Ask us for the correct template if you do not have it.
- Check every word, number and QR code. We check technical suitability; we do not proofread.
