- Fold & supply
- Supplied flat and creased, ready to fold. Keep writing areas away from the crease.
- Print file
- Supply the outside and inside as two flat artwork pages, with the panel order checked on a paper mock-up.
- Finishing
- Keep foil, Spot UV and important text clear of fold and trim lines. The selected product template takes priority.

Use the flat-size template for your selected card. Supply the outside and inside as two flat pages, with the panels arranged to read correctly after folding. Keep important text clear of the fold.
Will my cards arrive folded?+
Folded business cards are supplied flat and creased, ready for you to fold. Keep important text and any special finishing clear of the crease.
When does my turnaround start?+
Your turnaround starts when payment, all required print-ready files and any requested proof approval are complete before the applicable cut-off. Placing an order without supplying suitable artwork does not start production.
For example, a three-working-day turnaround begins once your files are ready, not when you first place the order. Late files or artwork corrections move the estimated delivery date. Weekends and bank holidays can affect timing.
Set up your artwork
Use the exact fold template. Set up the full open sheet, with outside and inside as separate pages. Check the closed size, panel order, fold lines and template bleed before exporting.
File setup & export checklist
- Supply a print-ready PDF. Use CMYK where available and high-resolution images, ideally 300ppi at final size for close-up print.
- Extend backgrounds into the bleed. Keep essential content inside the safe area.
- Follow the product-specific page order and template. Ask us for the correct template if you do not have it.
- Check every word, number and QR code. We check technical suitability; we do not proofread.
