- Complete display
- A printed retractable graphic and its stand form the display. Full-size roller banners include a carry bag; check the selected model for dimensions.
- Choose the model
- Economy is a cost-conscious choice for occasional events. Premium uses a more substantial cassette for frequent display. Desktop models are smaller counter displays.
- Artwork area
- The visible display and the full artwork height can differ because part of the graphic sits inside the cassette. Use the exact model template.
- Set up & care
- Position on a level indoor surface, raise the graphic gently and secure it to its support. Guide it back into the base when packing away.

Can I use it outside?+
These roller banners are intended for indoor displays such as exhibitions, receptions and events. For outdoor use, ask us about a suitable banner or sign.
How much artwork is hidden inside the stand?+
The required bottom allowance depends on the stand. Use the exact product template and keep essential text and logos in its visible area.
When does my turnaround start?+
Your turnaround starts when payment, all required print-ready files and any requested proof approval are complete before the applicable cut-off. Placing an order without supplying suitable artwork does not start production.
For example, a three-working-day turnaround begins once your files are ready, not when you first place the order. Late files or artwork corrections move the estimated delivery date. Weekends and bank holidays can affect timing.
Set up your artwork
Use the template for this stand and width. The full artwork height includes the area held inside the cassette, so it can be larger than the visible display. Extend backgrounds into that area and keep key content in the visible safe area.
File setup & export checklist
- Supply a print-ready PDF. Use CMYK where available and high-resolution images, ideally 300ppi at final size for close-up print.
- Extend backgrounds into the bleed. Keep essential content inside the safe area.
- Follow the product-specific page order and template. Ask us for the correct template if you do not have it.
- Check every word, number and QR code. We check technical suitability; we do not proofread.
