Correx is a lightweight fluted board suited to temporary signs. Foamex offers a smooth rigid surface. Aluminium composite board is a more substantial choice for durable signage. Choose the material that suits your display and installation.
Are fixings or installation included?+
This product covers the printed board and the selected finishing options. Fixings, frames and installation are separate unless expressly included. Contact us if you need help planning the installation.
Can you make a custom shape or size?+
For a size or cut not offered in the selector, send us your dimensions and artwork. We will check the material and quote the additional cutting separately.
When does my turnaround start?+
Your turnaround starts when payment, all required print-ready files and any requested proof approval are complete before the applicable cut-off. Placing an order without supplying suitable artwork does not start production.
For example, a three-working-day turnaround begins once your files are ready, not when you first place the order. Late files or artwork corrections move the estimated delivery date. Weekends and bank holidays can affect timing.
Set up your artwork
Use the selected finished board dimensions and its template bleed. Leave clear space around fixing holes and edges. For a custom shape, supply a separate vector cut path and confirm the cutting layout with us.
File setup & export checklist
- Supply a print-ready PDF. Use CMYK where available and high-resolution images, ideally 300ppi at final size for close-up print.
- Extend backgrounds into the bleed. Keep essential content inside the safe area.
- Follow the product-specific page order and template. Ask us for the correct template if you do not have it.
- Check every word, number and QR code. We check technical suitability; we do not proofread.
